The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.326 of 2019 for offences under Sections 323, 341, 354, 307, 380, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. He submits that in such a serious case, petitioners do not deserve bail.

In view of the nature of injury, let petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.326 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
