The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 6.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66421 of 2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and a direction was given to the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of spread of Covid-19, the petitioners could not

surrender before the court below within the time prescribed in the aforesaid order dated 6.3.2020 and prays for extension of time by a further period of four weeks to surrender before the court below.
In view of the above, let the time for surrender of the petitioners before the court below be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
Accordingly, the order dated 6.3.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66421 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
