That the present writ application is being directed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondents concerned particularly Respondents No. 2 and 3 to provide the petitioner with the benefit of the revised pension by giving benefit of notional pay fixation with protection of seniority as also for payment of

In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.
