2. In terms of order dated 21.11.2019, two affidavits have been filed on behalf of the authorities. From the same, it transpires that all retiral benefits of the father of the petitioners were credited into his account in the month of June, 2018 itself after he superannuated on 31.05.2018.

3. The present writ petition has been filed in October, 2019.
4. In the affidavits filed, the specific stand is that all the money was directly credited into the account of the father of the petitioners.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be granted some time to verify.
6. In view of copies of the affidavits having been served on learned counsel for the petitioners today, as prayed for by him, the matter be listed on 16th December, 2019, under the heading ‘To Be Mentioned’.”
