"That the instant application is being filed for issuance of a direction to be respondent authorities to remove the road constructed under " Pradhan mantri Sadak Yojna " on Tauzi No. 2789, Khata No. 155 and Khesra No. 453-454 measuring 1.64 acres of land without consent of the petitioner or to pay the adequate compensation for 1.24 acres of land to the petitioner on whose raiyati land the above road had been constructed by the respondent authorities without his consent as well as without acquiring the

land as per procedure prescribed in Bihar Land Acquisition Act and for other reliefs which the petitioner is found entitled during the course of hearing."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the authority concerned.
