the FIR and further that the informant was herself involved with one Mukesh Kumar and as they were caught in objectionable position, the petitioners along with others had beaten them up and further that the petitioner no. 1 had accidentally dashed his motorcycle in the door of the informant's house due to which they were carrying past enmity. It was submitted that the petitioners have no other criminal antecedent and are in custody since 18.07.2019.
