Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he gave multiple dagger blow to the informant at the time of occurrence of assault. The Doctor has found two incised wound. One at left elbow and another at left shoulder of the informant.

Considering the nature and corroboration of the allegation by medical evidence, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with
