Pursuant to the order dated 03.01.2019 the Director,

Provident Fund and District Provident Fund Officer, Katihar are physically present.

The Director is present. He promised in the Court

that he will fix accountability, if any, lapse is found on the part of the District, Provident Fund Officer, Katihar.

Director, Provident Fund has assured the Court that he will see that payment of provident funds are made within time so that individual may not be compelled to obtain the court’s order for payment of provident fund. He will fix accountability on the erring officers in further.

Considering his assurance and the fact that payment has been made in the instant case, personal appearance of the District Provident Fund Officer and Director, Provident Fund is hereby dispensed with.

Since payment has been made, the present case is also consigned.
