Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel
appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379, 511, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner was arrested on 19.7.2018 then remanded in the instant case, but unfortunately till date petitioner has not been put on TIP to ascertain his involvement in the present case.
Considering the fact that petitioner was not put on TIP, although, he was in custody since 19.7.2018, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on
