Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadamkuan PS Case No. 288 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 457, 380 and 441 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has been arrested on suspicion and confessional statement was obtained by the police.

Considering the fact that the case was registered against unknown and the petitioner has been arrested and made accused on suspicion and has remained in custody for nearly

five months, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan PS Case No. 288 of 2018.
