Mr. Khurshid Alam, learned counsel for the State,
submits that show-cause has been filed annexing Annexure B which shows that the remuneration of the petitioner has already been fixed and the amount has been withdrawn by the petitioner earlier.
It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the case since his grievance has already been redressed. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
