The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.89 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition as the police has already given liberty to the petitioner under Section 41 of the Cr.P.C. so that the petitioner may surrender in the court below and seek regular bail.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
