Heard counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the respondents-State.

It is prayed by counsel for the petitioners that he may be allowed liberty to approach respondent no.2 against the order dated 25.03.2017 whereby respondents- authorities have stopped taking work from petitioners on daily wages alleging their engagement is in violation of order dated 07.12.2016 issued by respondent no.2.

Petitioners' counsel submits that he would approach respondent no.2 by making a representation as it is submitted that the case of petitioners is not covered by communication dated 07.12.2016 which has been made basis for their removal.

Since issue has to be considered by respondent no.2 (The Chief {Administration}, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation, Beer Chand Patel Path, Patna, Bihar) this court does not think it appropriate to keep writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to pursue before respondent no.2.

This order may not be taken to be an expression on the merit of the claim of the petitioners.
