It is submitted by State counsel that the petitioner's last representation annexure 14 has been disposed off by order dated 29.06.2016 by the Director, I.C.D.S, Bihar. Copy of the said letter has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner in court today.
In view of the aforesaid development, petitioner's counsel seeks liberty to assail the said order in appropriate proceeding.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
