Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that in the present writ application, the departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner was challenged, now, the departmental proceeding has been concluded awarding the punishment to the petitioner, as such, the petitioner does not want to press this application with liberty to challenge the outcome of the departmental proceeding.
