The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that some unknown thieves entered in the flat of the informant breaking the lock and took away ornaments and house-hold articles.

Submission is that from the F.I.R. it appears that on the basis of fardbeyan of Brahmanand Singh Rupaspur P.S. Case No.108 of 2019 was instituted on 01.03.2019 against unknown. The police raided the house of the petitioner and some household articles were seized and the petitioner was made accused in

Khajekalan P.S. Case No.169 of 2019 and he was remanded in the present case from Khajekalan P.S. Case No.169 of 2019 on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019 in the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.108 of 2019 with condition that one of the bailors must be close relative of the petitioner.
