Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. (Biharsharif) P.S. Case No.01 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
After recovery of dead body of Madan Kumar, elder brother of the informant near south side of Railway Station, the present case was registered under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown.
Submission is that on confessional statement of coaccused Sanjay Yadav, who confessed his guilt, the petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in

custody since 23.01.2019. It is submitted that co-accused Sanjay Yadav has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.07.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.43005 of 2019.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-XX, Patna in connection with G.R.P. (Biharsharif) P.S. Case No.01 of 2019.
