The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 04.07.2019

(Annexure- P/7) passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya, whereby the petitioner was removed from the post of Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre, Bagahi, Centre Code 166, Panchayat-Kunjeshar, Block- Imamganj, District-Gaya directing the Development Project Officer, Imamganj for

selection of Nilam Kumari (Respondent No.7) on that post.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that against the order dated 04.07.2019 (Annexure-P/7) passed in Anganbari Case No. 152 of 2018 by the District Programme Officer, Gaya, Anganbari Appeal No. 66 of 2019 has been preferred by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Gaya, which is still pending for disposal.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya, to dispose of Anganbari Appeal No. 66 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be at liberty to take all the pleas, which has been taken in the present writ application, before the District Magistrate, Gaya, in order to assail the order of the District Programme Officer, Gaya, dated 04.07.2019 (AnnexureP/7 to this writ application).

With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
