Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Excise P.S. Case No. 443 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 30(c) and 56(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged in the written report that 490 liters of spirit kept in 14 gallons each containing 35 liters, have been recovered from the Bolero vehicle. Petitioner is said to be driver of the aforesaid vehicle.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.12.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
