Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the
State.
The petitioners seek bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 467, 468, 471, 420, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not been arrested on spot. The Police arrested three persons namely, Baliram Kumar, Sonu Kumar and Gautam Kumar @ Kaila. The name of petitioners have been disclosed by Baliram Kumar in his confessional statement before the Police. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused Gautam Kumar @ Kaila has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.01.2019

Petitioners are in custody since 25.10.2018 and
30.11.2018 respectively.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
