Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 439 of 2018 registered under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on merit by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 44752 of 2019 on 11.04.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that the charge has already been framed on 15.05.2019, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Hence, the petitioner deserves privilege of regular bail.

circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 439 of 2018.
