Petitioners are accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 69 of 2019 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier prayer of the petitioners for bail was rejected on merit by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13304 of 2019 on 11.04.2019 with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that the charge has already been framed on 24.05.2019, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application. Hence, the petitioners

deserve privilege of regular bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with Sessions Trial No. 69 of 2019 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018.
