3 22-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Petitioner is accused in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is also submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 17.12.2018. Further submission is that from perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., it appears that she was taken to Delhi and thereafter to Nepal, but it quite surprising that she did not raise any hulla against the petitioner. The matter appears to be of love affair.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
