Considering the reasons, as stated in the application and the grounds submitted on behalf the petitioner, let the time to surrender of the above named petitioner pending in the Court of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 be further extended by two weeks’ from today.
Accordingly, the order dated 29.04.2019 stands modified to the extent above. The modification application is disposed of.
