The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/8/2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the complaint case is lodged after one week of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners are innocent. They have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-2 series of the bail petition, it appears that only with a view to save the skin of his son, the present

the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/08/2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
