Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.01.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching of mobile near LIC office.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners,
