Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the abdomen of the deceased and earlier his prayer for bail was twice rejected by this court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with S. T. No. 02 of 2017/202 of 2018 arising out of
