It appears that wrong submission was made in the restoration application numbered as Cr. Misc. No.17209 of 2018 that all defects have been removed on the last day and considering the said submission Cr. Misc. No.47838 of 2017 was restored.
It appears that false submission and statement was made in the restoration application and the defects were not removed, so this quashing application stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh quashing application.
