3 19-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 182 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR is against unknown and motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they have been made accused

only on the basis of suspicion having one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Sushil Kumar, Piyush Kumar and Punit Kumar Gupta respectively, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Lal Bihari Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017.
