2 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26808 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of seven months and there was recovery of Government Arm from the petitioner, who happens to be a constable.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is suffered a lot and is in custody for more than one and half year, uptill now charge has been framed.
