2 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by
this Court vide order dated 7.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 13170 of 2017 with observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, otherwise petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date only two witnesses have been examined, i.e., informant and injured and they have not disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who has caused the injury and petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2016.
Heard learned APP also.
In such view of the facts and circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge 3rd , Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 661 of 2017, arising out of Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No. 481 of 2016 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
