The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.Case No. 01 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that petitioner was caught red handed while pick-pocketing a passenger of the train and he has to similar criminal antecedent.
Submission is that petitioner has been in custody since 10.01.2018.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Rohit Kumar, is directed to be released on bail, after framing of charge, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Railway Court, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018.
