Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for
the State.
In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order contained in Memo No. 5045 dated 18.11.2016, whereby and whereunder, the Licensing Authority has cancelled the license of the petitioner.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach to the Appellate Authority as provided under the Act.
In that view of the matter, let the petitioner should exhaust the alternative remedy of appeal.

If the petitioner files an appeal, the Appellate Authority, while dealing with the issue of limitation, will consider the pendency of this case before this Court and will dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.
