In this case, the petitioner has claimed that he is a valid licence holder of P.D.S. shop and renewed his licence upto 31^st March, 2021, but he has not been allowed to lift the food-grains and other essential commodities for the consumer of Darkha village on the ground that his shop was established far away from the Darkha village.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already established a new P.D.S. shop near Darkha village and as such, now he cannot be prevented to lift the food-

grains and other essential commodities for the consumer of Darkha village. He further submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Licensing Authority, which is still pending.

In such view of the matter, let the Licensing Authority dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
