It is submitted that this writ petition may also be disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad to consider the case of the petitioners within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad to consider the case of petitioners for appointment on class-IV posts and to take decision within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
