Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The primary relief, which the petitioner was looking for, is issuance of LPC, which has now been done, as would be evident from not only the assertion in the counter affidavit but also the copy of the LPC, which has been annexed as Annexure-E to the counter affidavit.

Learned senior counsel representing the petitioner submits that the demand raised upon the petitioner, showing as outstanding dues, are misplaced, because he has already accounted for and made deposits.

These are matters, which can only be verified from the records maintained by the competent authority and this Court is not in a position to either accept such a submission or negate the stand of the petitioner.

This writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner that with regard to the claim raised on him as dues, he has all the freedom to produce necessary details, evidence about the reconciliation of the advances or the work done by him.

Writ application is disposed off with liberty as above.
