Considering the facts of the case, I do not find any reason for interference in the order of cognizance dated 19.4.2010 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in Complaint case No.1C-4 of 2010 corresponding to Trial No.2222 of 2010, now pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Biharsharif (Nalanda).
Application stands dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
