Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 2.4.2013 passed by the Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-1, Banka, in Sessions Trial No. 521 of 2012 arising out of Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2011.
Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any Party.
