03. 27.04.2016 This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7757 of 2014 regarding reduction of amount.
The Petitioner submits that he is unable to deposit Rs. 4,000/- per month and, therefore, it be reduced to Rs. 1,500/- per month.
The order is modified to the extent that Rs. 1,500/- per month shall be deposited by the Petitioner in place of Rs. 4,000/- per month.
The Modification Application stands allowed.
Let this order be communicated to the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 941C of 2012.
