Case No. 110 of 2015 instituted under section 414 IPC and sections 25(1-B) A, 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act. The informant is the Police Officer who has alleged that the person of the petitioner was searched and one country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner failed to give any explanation or to produce any licence.
It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2015 having no criminal antecedent.

In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
