It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2015. If the complainant has not married and is ready to live with the petitioner as his wife, the petitioner would be willing to do so and provide proper safety and security. Be that as it may, considering the period of incarceration and the stand taken before this Court that the petitioner would be willing to resolve the matrimonial discord amicably, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned SDJM, Hajipur, Vaishali in CI- No. 858 of 2012, Tr. No.2692 of 2014 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
