All the three anticipatory bail applications have been heard together and they are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard both sides.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case

registered under section 320 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners obtained

fraudulent decree from Lok Adalat showing one of the coparceners dead.

It is submitted that the complainant filed C.W.J.C. No. 12116 of 2010 for setting aside the compromise decree but the same is still pending. The complainant filed this case in the year 1013. The dispute is of civil nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint Case No.
