The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter Ritu Kumari was not having good relation with her husband. On 21.06.2014 the informant got information that his daughter got burn injuries and when the informant went there he did not find any family members. He took his daughter to hospital but his daughter died on way to hospital.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Deceased got accidental fire while cooking food on stove. The victim was alive

at the time of arrival of the informant. The victim did not make any sorts of allegation against the petitioner The petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2014. It appears that the petitioner is father-in-law and the informant has not made any sorts of allegation although he named the petitioner in the first information report.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Brajesh Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Chapra in Baniapur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2014.
