Case No. 133 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Sections 409 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that one Rajendra Prasad Uraon was Head Master of Upgraded Middle School, Darjibhitththa and he during the financial year 2011-2012 illegally withdrew an amount of Rs. 8,67,000/- which was allotted for construction of 3 additional class rooms but the construction work did not commence and he withdrew the said amount leaving only Rs.14,923/- in the concerned Bank Account.
