The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/341/337/354/379/448/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant, snatched gold chain, pelted stones and resorted to fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury was caused to anyone, a statement to that effect has been made at para 8 of the petition. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of ` 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.473 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted on verification of the fact that none have received injuries by the petitioners.
