5	07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
	State.
	The petitioner being husband of the complainant
	is apprehending his arrest in complaint case wherein process has
	been directed to be issued after cognizance for the offence
	punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code has been
	taken.
	Basic accusation is torture.
	It is submitted by learned counsel for the
	petitioner that the petitioner and the complainant have decided to
	partways on payment of permanent alimony of Rs. 7 lacs to the

complainant. An order to this effect has also been passed in maintenance case No. 19P of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Begusarai in complaint case No. 622 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The provisional bail will be confirmed by the learned court below after compliance of the terms of agreement on payment of permanent alimony.
