It is alleged that the petitioner applied for being appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged BETET certificate.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner’s application for appointment was not considered as the certificate was found to be forged. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No.109 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
