The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25 (1-B) a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner five live cartridges and a mobile were recovered. Considering that the investigation is already concluded, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Thakur, J.M.1st Class, Danapur in Shahpur P.S.
