Petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 372, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant after deserting the husband’s house went to her sister house, but she refused to keep her, then she boarded a train for Assam, but she was being deboarded at Barh Station by one Shambhu Singh and was taken to the house of this petitioner wherein arrest has been made.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the thrust of accusation is against Shambhu Singh. Moreover, the petitioner is an old lady.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is lady and investigation is already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015.
