Kumar-II, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Purnea , in connection with C.A. Case No. 684 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with additional condition that the petitioner shall remain personally present as and when required and if he fails to do so, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
